Initially the stock’s first day of trading on Nasdaq was 17th November 2021 under the ticker symbol "SEV". The share price was $15. In February 2024 Nasdaq filed Form 25 Notification of Delisting with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) and formally completed the delisting of the Company’s ordinary shares. Please see the press release. In September 2025, Sono Group N.V. received approval to uplist its ordinary shares from the OTCQB Venture Market to the Nasdaq Capital Market. The Company’s shares commenced trading on Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) under the ticker symbol “SSM” on September 5, 2025. Please see the press release.

The fiscal year begins on 1st January and ends on 31st December.
