(NASDAQ: SEV) (parent company to “Sono Motors GmbH”, “Sono Motors” or the “Company”), the Company that seeks to revolutionize the future of solar-powered transportation, today celebrates its first day of trading on the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker symbol “SEV”.

A pioneer and technological leader in the field of solar-powered electric mobility, Sono Motors continues to pursue its mission to incorporate solar on every vehicle. The Company is starting to monetize its proprietary solar technology for integration into different types of vehicles, including buses, trucks, camper vans, trains, and even boats, thereby furthering its ambition to reduce carbon emissions and to provide clean and affordable transportation for the masses.
